Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 2, 2026 · 生效日期:2026年9月2日
This policy explains how MSC GrowthOS handles account, content, and connected-platform information. 中文摘要:我们仅为提供内容生产与授权发布功能处理必要数据,并支持断开账号和申请删除。
1. Information we process
We may process your sign-in email, organization and workspace records, content drafts, uploaded media, generated assets, publishing schedules, and operational logs. When you connect a social platform, we receive authorized profile details, scopes, access tokens, refresh tokens, and publishing results.
2. TikTok information
For TikTok, we use authorized data to identify the selected creator account, display current publishing options, upload only the content you expressly approve, and retrieve publication status. We do not use TikTok data for advertising profiles or sell it to third parties.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide requested content workflows, secure accounts, generate and store assets, connect authorized channels, publish approved content, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only when needed with infrastructure, email, AI-processing, and media-generation providers, and with the social platforms you direct us to use. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
5. Security
OAuth credentials are stored server-side and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized users, and sensitive tokens are not exposed in the browser interface. No security measure is perfect, so users should also protect their accounts and revoke access if misuse is suspected.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information while it is needed to operate the workspace or meet legal and security obligations. Disconnecting a social account removes its stored access credentials from active use. You may request deletion of account data and connected-platform data by contacting us.
7. Your choices and rights
You can review content before publication, choose platform privacy and interaction settings, disconnect connected accounts, and request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable. Platform-side posts and account settings must also be managed on the relevant platform.
8. Children and international processing
MSC GrowthOS is a business service and is not directed to children. Information may be processed in regions where our providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
9. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The latest version will remain available here. Privacy questions and deletion requests may be sent to jacob@msc-world.com.
